Metallic structure is similar to MONO XL1.2 but the system is controlled by PLC for full automatic control of all machine functions during operation or semi automatic with non plc panel. The switchboard is separate from the machine, and includes a number of safety devices to signal any cutting anomalies. Automatic slabbing is provided, and inclined and horizontal cutting can be done with the addition of two pairs of wire guide-wheels if requires. Diamond wire tensioning uses one of the two flywheels with an Penumatic Cylinder backed with a compressor. Big flywheel of 1500 mm with supported with 1000 mm upper wheels are used to cut with more accuracy.
