While VSM20 is designed for smaller cuts and for dressing of natural stone , the heavy weight VSM75 provides better stability and accuracy for big cuttings and highly recommended for high production and lower maintenance. With more than two decades of experience and more than 1000 wire saw machines, we have the requisite experience and expertise to meet your quarry wire saw machine needs. Our machines are rugged and easy to maintain, operate and run. They have a very low operating cost. Most of the electrical components are readily available worldwide. Our panels and electric motors have been developed specially for our wire saw machines. Our motors can be customized depending on the voltage in your country.

Wire Saw Machine Variants

Vsm20

Vsm20 is used on smaller cuts up to 25 sq.m.,
such as in block dressing of stones.

vsm40

vsm 40 is used for cut marble and smaller cuts in granite.

vsm60

A completely user-friendly design, the machine has a bolstered weight of 1400 kg.
This provides better stability and accuracy in quarrying.
Vsm60 is our most popular model, and is recommended for most quarry applications.

vsm75

We recommend it for cutting very big cuts in granite and hard marbles.
